About This Course
This course guides you through a layered journey of self-understanding rooted in Islamic tradition and informed by contemporary psychology. You will begin with self-observation — learning the classical framework of Mushahada, Muhasaba, and Taqwa as tools for inner clarity. From there, you will explore the field context that shapes modern psychology, understanding why mainstream approaches often leave a spiritual void. The course then examines the social barriers — historical and systemic forces — that have silenced Islamic contributions to the science of the soul.
With that foundation, you will study the divine relationship as a secure base for healing, drawing on attachment theory and Qur'anic wisdom. Finally, you will sit with the existential meaning of mortality — how remembering death transforms anxiety into purposeful living. Each module builds on the last, moving from inner awareness to ultimate meaning.
